If you are like most business leaders, your daily calendar is already full, which can make it hard to add coaching to your work day.  I understand the demands on your time and have found that it is often easier for clients to schedule coaching appointments in the early morning, in the evening, or on weekends so they do not have to choose between keeping the coaching appointment and attending to an urgent business need.  Choose from the following coaching plans or create a custom plan.

Introductory Session (no charge)

The first 30-minute “get-acquainted” session is designed to answer any questions you have about coaching.  During this session, we will discuss what you would like to get out of coaching.  You will let me know your preferences for scheduling and we can talk about which coaching package would meet your needs.  At the end of the session, you can decide whether coaching is right for you at this time.

Six-Month Executive Coaching Series

Twelve, 50-minute coaching sessions by phone, scheduled over six months.  Includes one in-person session, if desired. Sessions are held approximately twice a month, as schedules allow.

Twelve-Month Executive Coaching Series

Twenty-four, 50-minute coaching sessions by phone, scheduled over a year. Includes two in-person sessions, if desired.  Sessions are held approximately twice a month as schedules allow.  Discount applied when purchased as a series.

Three-Month Intensive

Start with a one-day (6 hour) intensive session in person, followed by six 50-minute coaching sessions by phone (travel expense additional for in-person session).  Phone sessions are held approximately twice a month, as schedules allow.
